Preparation of coconut milk at home

Prepare the coconut milk at home is not difficult.
Coconut milk is nutritious, tasty, versatile it does not contain lactose.
It can be used to prepare food without lactose or consumed by people who do not like the taste of cow's milk.
You can prepare delicious: fresh or salt or ice cream.

Preparation

Buy a coconut with brown bark, that has fresh green skin, be careful that still contains water-sure shaking.
To remove the cortex there are two methods

Or break it and cut it into pieces, taking coconut water in a container.

Whisk, both ingredients.
Strain through a sieve lined with a thin cotton cloth or gauze
You can add honey or molasses or stevia and spice with vanilla or cocoa.
Storage in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
